We currently have warehouse/shipping facilities in North America, Europe & Asia. Depending on your location your order will be shipped from one of them. We try our best to ship from the warehouse closest to you.
We use the fastest and most reliable couriers to ship out our items (Royal Mail, FedEx, USPS, DHL).
Orders can be shipped to only one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
Our office and warehouse are closed on weekends and the following holidays:

When New Year’s Day and Christmas Day fall on Sunday, they will be observed on the following Monday. When any of these holidays falls on a Saturday, it will be observed on the previous Friday. In a year when Christmas Day is on Tuesday or Thursday, the office will also be closed Monday or Friday, respectively.
With limited exceptions, valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock.
All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed.
