Orders & Tracking
Where is my order confirmation?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Please check your junk/spam folder if you can’t see it in your inbox.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and packed within 3–5 business days before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
My tracking has not updated — what should I do?
Tracking can sometimes take a few days to update after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us at support@shopslickstreet.com with your order number.
My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it.
Please first check around your delivery address, with neighbours, and any safe places the courier may have used. If you still can’t locate it, contact us at support@shopslickstreet.com with your order number and tracking details.
There is something wrong with my order.
Please email support@shopslickstreet.com with your order number and clear photos if needed. Our support team will help get it sorted.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over £99.00.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the shipping service used. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, your tracking link will show the latest delivery updates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected countries worldwide. Available shipping options will show at checkout based on your delivery address.
Will I need to pay customs, duties, or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on your country’s rules. These charges are not controlled by Slick Street and are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@shopslickstreet.com. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with the original tags and packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Please use our Return/Exchange Portal to start your request. Do not send your order back to the address on the parcel unless instructed.
Do you offer refunds?
With limited exceptions, valid returns are issued as store credit in the form of a Slick Street E-Gift Card. This can be used towards a different size, colour, or any future order.
Can I exchange for another size or colour?
The easiest way to exchange is to return your item through our portal and use your store credit to place a new order for the size or colour you need.
Do you provide prepaid return labels?
We do not currently provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return has been received and processed, any store credit, refund, or exchange due will be issued within 3–5 business days.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopslickstreet.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and help arrange a suitable resolution.
Sizing & Product Help
How do I know what size to order?
Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. If you’re between sizes or unsure, message us on Instagram @slickstreetx or email support@shopslickstreet.com and we’ll help you choose.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some items may be restocked, but many styles are limited. To be notified, sign up for restock alerts on the product page where available.
The item I want is sold out — what should I do?
Select your size on the product page and sign up for restock notifications if the option is available. You can also follow @slickstreetx on Instagram for drop and restock updates.
Payments & Discounts
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and available express checkout options shown at checkout, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal where available.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Enter your discount code at checkout before placing your order. Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
I forgot to use my discount code. Can it be added after ordering?
Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to apply the code retrospectively.
