- We try to answer all emails within 24 hours.
- How does sizing work?
- All products have size charts available. Please use these charts to determine your best fit. As our suppliers tend to be from Asian origin, sizing is different, so using the size charts is important.
- Size Charts should be available on all items. If there is no size chart, please let us know and we can rectify this immediately.
- Items that are in Asian sizing will state this in the size charts.
- All size charts are in CM. For your reference: 1 inch is the equivalent to 2.54 cm
- Please allow for 1-3cm error as most items are measured by hand.
- Footwear is usually in US sizing.
- How much is shipping?
- Shipping is free for all orders worldwide.
- Other paid options are available at checkout for selected countries if you require your item to be delivered to you more quickly.
- How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are shipped from our warehouses 2-5 Business days after purchase.Delivery to the US can take 12-20 Business days (Most deliveries come in 7-14 days) and Delivery to most other countries takes 16-25 business days.

- I ordered two or more items, but only received one, why?
- Sometimes items from the same order will be split into different packages in order to avoid additional fees, or if it is our of stock at one of the warehouses.
You should receive any missing components of your order within two (2) weeks (usually much faster). However if you don't – let us know. You can contactour support centre by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please keep all delivery packets as we will require them for evidence of shipment
- How do I track my order?
- Tracking information will be provided to your via email once your order has been shipped.
- If you have placed an order, you can be sure that it is shipped.

- What type of payments you accept?
- We accept PayPal and most Credit cards.
- Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?
- We don’t accept cash on delivery (COD).
- I am trying to purchase, but it keeps declining my card why?
- Is your card eligible to make on-line purchases?
- Do you have enough money in the account attached to the card?
- Are you entering the correct details i.e. billing address and CVC?
- If not, there is your reason.
- If yes, it is most likely your bank blocking the transaction, due to you having never purchased from us before. Simply call your bank and advise them to unblock transactions for Mokelli and you should be able to continue.
- If you have checked all of the above and it is still not working. Send us an email to email@example.com and we will investigate further for you.
- Do you offer bulk discounts?
- Our Pricing is tallied up using individual costing so If you are thinking about purchasing 10 or more products, please send as an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to work on a discount for you.
