Where can I find my tracking number?

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. The tracking information will be sent via email as soon as this happens.

When will you ship my order?

Your order will be dispatched as soon it's processed by our warehouse. Our order processing times are: 3-5 Business Days depending on product design. Most of our items are made upon order to ensure the best quality for our customers.

My order status shows "Delivered" but I have not received it?

My order is still not here after a long time.

If it has been 60 days not delivered, please contact us for a resend or full refund.

There is something wrong with my order.

Please email us directly and do not reach out to our Facebook or Instagram as our support teams do not handle them.

My order has arrived with items missing.

Please firstly check to see if we haven't sent you multiple tracking numbers as some orders are split into different packages in order to avoid additional fees, or if it is our of stock at one of the warehouses. If you this isn't the case please contact our support team.

My order has arrived and a item is damaged.

Send us a email at support@shopslickstreet.com containing clear images of the damaged item.

You may be required to pay duties and taxes depending on the laws of your country of residence.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I return/exchange an item?

We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns/Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you would like to process a return or an exchange, please use the Return/Exchange Portal within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
  • All returns must include an cover letter that clearly indicates your order number, contact information, which items are being returned and the reason for the return. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Slick Street E-Gift Card.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our DC or corporate office.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Returns for store credit will be processed instantly once the return passes our checks. Refunds to original payment method due to a missing/failed order will take 3-5 business days.
